CLINICAL HYPNOTHERAPY MARBELLA
HYPNOTHERAPY – Reaching Your Full Potential
How Good Would It Feel If…
- Your confidence levels were so high you could shine in every area of your life…?
- You could give up smoking for good, using neither patches, chewing gum nor will power…?
- Thoughts or feelings about a person or situation could be clarified and maybe put to rest by accessing your past…?
Welcome to the world of Hypnotherapy!
With Hypnotherapy you can effortlessly boost your confidence, overcome past traumas, current fears and phobias, recover suppressed memories, reduce physical pain and relax your body – not to mention kick the smoking habit in just one session – to name just a few benefits.

What is hypnosis?
Hypnosis is a state of relaxation, focused attention and reduced peripheral awareness.

What is Hypnotherapy?
A powerful and effective way to access and remove subconscious blocks that hold us back from being who we really are and living the life we truly desire. It opens the door to countless possibilities for healing, self-exploration and change.
How does it work?
Through gentle relaxation and suggestion techniques.
Why does it work?
Because the mind is always open to suggestion.
CLINICAL hypnotherapy
Who can it help?
Anybody who is open-minded and wanting improvement in their life. However, it is not generally appropriate for children under the age of 5 years or individuals who are severely mentally disturbed.
When is the best time to start sessions?
As soon as you desire help.
Where do we do sessions?
I normally conduct consultations and sessions in Spain – in Calahonda de Mijas and Barcelona – but home visits and online sessions can be arranged too.
How many sessions are needed?
Normally between one and four sessions, depending on what we are working on. One session is all you need to Quit Smoking!
Can anyone be hypnotised?
Yes, unless they choose not to be; the client’s full co-operation is required at all times.
Have I experienced being in hypnosis before without realising it?
For sure, when reading a book, watching television, reminiscing, day-dreaming, driving long distances, sitting at traffic lights, listening to music, painting a picture, etc. The ‘trance’ we go into at these times can be likened to the lighter stages of hypnosis.
Will I make a fool of myself?
Clinical Hypnotherapy is not to be confused with stage hypnosis. Every Hypnotherapy session is carefully controlled… so the answer is ‘NO’.
